Ms. Laura Clark - Speech-Language Pathologist

Ms. Clark is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, both from Edinboro University of PA. She has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist since 2015 and part of the Caesar Rodney community since 2017. In her free time Ms. Clark enjoys exploring new places with her two dogs, Zayda and Thompson.

Mrs. Virginia Gaschler - Occupational Therapist

Hello my name is Virginia Gaschler.  I have been an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 24 years.   This is my 4th school year with Caesar Rodney.  I am married with 4 children and 2 grand children.   In my spare time I enjoy camping and spending time outdoors.

Ms. Maureen VanOrman - Special Education Manager

Ms. VanOrman is a graduate of Elizabethtown College, where she earned degrees in Elementary and Special Education.  She has also earned her Master’s degree from Wilmington University.  Ms. VanOrman has worked in special education since her graduation from college in 2004.  She taught a variety of classes at Caesar Rodney High School for 15 years.  She has been a Special Education Case Manager for Star Hill, and now Robinson Elementary School, since 2019.  In her free time she likes to read, hang out with her friends and family, attend any theater she can, and spend quality time with her favorite boy, Finn.  

Mrs. Lydia Frasier

Mrs. Lydia Frasier has been an educator for 14 years.  She is a true Jersey girl and has lived in Delaware since 2019.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Centenary University in Hackettstown, NJ.  Mrs. Frasier earned her Master’s in Teaching Special Education from New Jersey City University in 2015 and a Master’s in Reading from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Az in December 2022.   

Mrs. Frasier has two daughters. She and her husband, Patrick live in Camden-Wyoming with their French Bulldog, Cooper.  During her free time, she enjoys shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Natasha Timmons - Mathematics Instructional Coach

Mrs. Natasha Timmons has been an educator for 22 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from DSU and a Master’s degree in School Instruction from Wilmington University. She has spent several years teaching various grades such as 4th, 2nd, and 1st. Her first love is teaching Math! This is her first year at CR as the new Math Coach at Robinson Elementary.

Mrs. Timmons has 3 sons that attend the CR district--two in high school and one in middle school. She is a sports mom and stays busy by supporting her sons at their football, basketball, baseball, and/or lacrosse games. During her free time she enjoys reading, shopping, cooking/baking, and spending time with her family. She is very excited to be a part of the Robinson Team! 

Mr. Matthew Coston-Family Crisis Therapist

Matthew Coston is a dedicated family man, as well as a committed youth advocate. His educational background includes a B.A. in Sociology from Lincoln University. He has over 10 + years’ experience working with youth in various roles, consisting of coaching, counseling, mentoring, and currently serving as the Family and Student Interventionist under DSCYF (PBH). Previously at Stevenson House Detention Center, he was tasked with instructing various types of group therapy teaching responsibility, self-sufficiency, life skills and most importantly, self-worth. His experience with the juvenile population led him to the conclusion that he would be more effective, and his true passion lies in preventative services. He is honored to be assigned to David E. Robinson elementary and work with like-minded individuals, to assist families and students in living a healthy and positive lifestyle.
